Mrs. Minnie Joseph
Mrs. Minnie Joseph, 78, of Bloomingburg, Fayette County, sister of the late Henry Davis of Zanesville, died at 9 P.M. Sunday at the Fayette County Memorial Hospital after a year-long illness.
Mrs. Joseph was born January 21, 1894, at Greenup, Kentucky, a daughter of James and Christina Wise Davis and was a member of the First Baptist Church at Bloomington, Ohio.
Surviving are her husband, Elmer; five suns, Edward, Maynard, John and Donald, all of Washington Court House and William of Frankfort, Ohio; five daughters, Mrs. Raymond Allen of Bloomingburg, Mrs. Mae Ireland of Jamestown, Mrs. Charles Jordan of Columbus, Mrs. Joe Lipscomb of Washington Court House and Mrs. Benjamin Cartwright of Grove City; 32 grand-children and 35 great-grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Gerstner-Kinzer Funeral Home in Washington Court House where friends may call from 3 to 9 P.M. Wednesday.
Burial will be in the Bloomingburg Cemetery.
