Leonard Freeman Howard was born in Oklahoma City on November 20,1958 and departed this life in Prague, Oklahoma on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the age of 53 years.

Leonard was the son of Leonard F. and Lillie Ann Hobbs. Leonard was a resident of Prague, Oklahoma. He was in the United States Army where he served in Vietnam. He was a Baptist and worked as a truck driver. He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard, III, and one brother, Jerry Wayne Howard. Survivors include, daughters, Rachel Finch & husband Richard of Shawnee, Sarah Howard of Oklahoma City and Toby Shea, Step Father & Mother, Arthur and Lillie Ann Phelan of Stroud, One Brother, Arthur Henry Phelan of Stroud, Three Sisters, Kathy Holland of Meeker, Ruth Bowser of Prague, Patricia Griffith of Prague, Four Grandchildren, Logan, Korbyn & Riley Finch & Chloe Lyons, Others relatives and friends.

Graveside service will be held at the Davenport Cemetery on Friday, December 30, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. with Brother Howard Peace officiating. Service are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Stroud, OK
