BEVERLY HILLS, Fla. — Mark G. Scoville, formerly of Geneva, Ohio, passed away at home in Beverly Hills, Fla. on Monday, Nov. 14, 2011, after a brief illness.
Mark was born Sept. 30, 1956, in Geneva, to the late George R. and Lois J. (Prince) Scoville. Mark moved to Beverly Hills in 2004 and was most recently a supervisor welder for EZ Pull Trailers.
Mark was an avid musician who played several instruments including the guitar, drums and keyboards. Over the years, he was able to assemble a rather complete recording studio in his home and enjoyed "jamming" with his friends. He also enjoyed playing golf and playing poker with good friends.
Mark is survived by his loving wife of 6 years, Kelly L. Scoville; his step-daughter, Britny Pardee of Homosassa, Fla.; brother, George "Rick" Scoville and sister-in-law, Cindy L. Scoville of Englewood, Ohio; mother-in-law, Mary Lloyd of Rome, N.Y.; nieces, Kim (Mikalauskas) and Karolyn Scoville; nephew, Richard Scoville; and six grand nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Lois Scoville.
Graveside Services for Mark will be held 3 p.m., Friday, Dec. 16th, at Evergreen Cemetery in Geneva. The family extends an invitation to anyone that knew Mark to attend the Services.
Afterwards, a Celebration of Mark's Life will be held at 5 p.m., at Grand River Manor, 1153 Mechanicsville Road, Geneva, Ohio.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kelly Scoville or to the Hospice Care Facility of your choice. THE BEHM FAMILY FUNERAL HOMES & CREMATORY, 175 S. Broadway, Geneva, Ohio, is handling the local arrangements.
