Raymond C. John, 59, Dallas, died at Parkland hospital in Dallas at 9 a.m. Friday.
Born Sept. 22, 1908, at Golden, he had resided at Dallas five years, moving from Golden. He was a member of the Methodist church.
He is survived by his widow; two sons, Cephus John, U. S. Army, and Joshua J. John, Dallas; one sister, Mrs. Rahab Baker, Wright City and four grandchildren.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Goodland church 10 miles northwest of Idabel with Rev. Isaac James officiating.
Arrangements and burial in Goodland cemetery were under direction of Norwood Welch funeral home.
