Son of Alice E Cogdell & Allen C Parker; brother of Eliza Ann, John Decatur, Perry Green, Charles Albert, Joseph Everette, Hattie & Lizzie; husband of Bessie Hamrick; father of 10; and grandfather of dozens.

Sometimes a hermit, always loved, Uncle Bill lived life on his own terms. We are a very fortunate family to have had this gentle soul in our lives for 91 years.
