Mrs. Phyllis Jacobsen Aldous, 72, 1207 E. 7th South, died of a heart aliment, Saturday at 10:10 a.m. in a Salt Lake hospital. Born March 2, 1893, Salt Lake City, to Andrew and Miriam Farmer Jacobsen. Married to Ralph M. Aldous June 20, 1918, Camp Lewis, Wash. Solemnized at Salt Lake LDS Temple June 20, 1919. Faculty member LDS High School. Employee ZCMI, houseware, china department, 32 years. Member Swanea Singers Auxillary, Salt Lake Plumbing and Heating Auxillary.
Survivors: husband; sister, brothers, Mrs. R. John Miriam Cummings, Sunnyvale, Calif., A. Clifton Jacobsen, Salt Lake City, S. Clark Jacobsen, Atlanta, Ga.
Funeral Tuesday 12:15 p.m., Douglas LDS Ward Chapel, 721-12th East. Friends call 260 E. South Temple Monday 6-8 p.m., chapel Tuesday one hour prior to services. Burial Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
