Evelyn A. Abersold, 80, of Manteca died of natural causes Friday in a Manteca hospital. Born in Minneapolis, Mrs. Abersold had lived in Manteca for 30 years. She was a retired transportation supervisor for Sharpe Army depot and a member of the United Lutheran Church in Manteca. Survivors include her husband, William Abersold of Manteca; a son, Vance Abersold of Sacramento; a borther, Russell Wasser of Minnesota; a sister, Sara Hansen of Santa Rosa; and tow grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in P.L. Fry & Son, 290 N. Union Road, Manteca. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday in the mortuary. Burial will be at Park View Cemetery
