Mrs. Dorothy Annette Culler, 83, formerly of Yellow Springs, died Wednesday, March 6, at The Willows of Homewood at Crumland Farms, Frederick. She was the wife of Henry Hedges Culler, who died Oct. 5, 1980. Born March 6, 1919, in Yellow Springs, she was a daughter of the late Charles Casper and Ollie Staley Moore Sr. Mrs. Culler had been employed as a sales clerk at JCPenney. She was active in Brook Hill United Methodist Church and the women's auxiliary of Yellow Springs Lions Club.
Surviving are three daughters, Dottie Ann Schick and husband Bob of San Diego, Janet Lee Rudy and husband Richard of Middletown, and Sheri Lynn Harrington and husband Joe of Brunswick; one son, Henry Hedges Culler Jr. of Frederick; eight grandchildren, Troy Rudy, Joel Rudy, Travis Rudy, Shamus Harrington, Brian Schick, Kevin Schick, Henry Culler III and Michelle Culler; one sister, Shirley Mason Cannon and husband C. Burton of Frederick; one brother, Charles Casper Moore Jr. and wife Connie of Frederick; a brother-in-law, Orville Stup of Frederick; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Culler will be remembered her friend Mary Catherine Axline of Rosemont. Mrs. Culler was preceded in death by one sister, Margaret Stup. There will be no calling or visiting at the funeral home. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16, at Brook Hill United Methodist Church, 8946 Indian Springs Road, Frederick.
