Jonathan Whitley, 20, of Olive Hill, passed away Thursday, November 10, 2011, in the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

Jonathan was born February 25, 1991, in Morehead, the son of Stephanie Perry of Ewing and the late John Whitley.

Besides his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Rebecka and husband Linville Calton of Flemingsburg, and Amanda and husband David Stafford of Olive Hill, his maternal grandparents, Robert and Becky Johnston of Sandy Hook, and Olive Allen of Lexington, his paternal grandparents, Dwight and Flora Whitley of Stephens, his great-grandmother, Faye Whitley of Sandy Hook, his great-grandmother, Beulah Holbrook of West Liberty, three nephews, Bryan Stafford, John P. Whitley and Charles Calton, and many cousins.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 12, 2011, at Lewis & Ferguson Funeral Home in Sandy Hook by Brother Jason Ison. Burial will be in Elliott County Memory Gardens.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Brandon Ferguson, Mark Johnston, Big Dave Stafford, David Stafford, Donnie Jones, Ernest Burton, Brad Henderson, Mike Whitley and Mike Bailey.

Honorary pallbearers will be all of Jonathan's many friends.
