Charles "Coach Dailey" attended Kemp High School and graduated from ETSU with a BS in Biology. He was very proud to serve his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Upon returning he began a 35 year career in education. Coach Dailey taught and coached at E.H. Cary and Thomas Jefferson High School in DISD. He also taught and coached at Richardson Jr. High, Berkner High School and finished his career at Richardson North Jr. High in RISD. Those who deeply mourn his loss, but gladly entrust him to our Lord, include his wife of 45 years, Pam Parker Dailey, son Chip Dailey, daughter Deanna Carter and her husband Todd, son Reagan Dailey and his wife Charis, grandchildren Caitlyn and Collin Carter, Parker and Addison Dailey, sister Cissy Kolodgie and her husband Rick of St. Louis, MO.
