Mr. Leon Tennant Adrian, 90, a former resident of Loganville and Atlanta, Ga., died Tuesday, Aug. 17, 1999, at the Evergreens Nursing Center.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20, 1999, in Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point, by the Rev. Jeff Smith.

Mr. Adrian was born in Center, Ala., the son of Frank and Daisey Ritchie Adrian. He was a graduate of Bob Jones University and had been a minister in the Nazarene Church, Georgia district. He owned and operated a grocery store in Atlanta and enjoyed farming after his retirement.

Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Sara Johnson Adrian of the Evergreens; two daughters, Sharon Adrian Thomas and her husband, Fred of High Point, and Ann Adrian Adams of Loganville, Ga.; a grandson, Christopher Thomas of Daytona Beach, Fla.; two great-grandsons, David and Daniel Thomas; two sisters, Grace Adrian Murphy of Asheville and Edna Adrian Sentrell of Center, Ala.
