Perrin - Roy J. Abshire of Perrin, a farmer and rancher, died Sunday at a Fort Worth hospital. He was 70.
Funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Perrin Advent Christain Church. Burial will be at Perrin Memorial Gardens. Baum-Carlock-Bumgardner Funeral Hme of Mineral Wells is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Abshire was born in Oklahoma and had lived in Perrin most of his life. He was a member of Advent Christian Church in Sparks Springs.
Survivors: Daughter, Monna Lyons of Perrin; sister, Jewel Elliott of Azle; brother, Delbert Abshire of Gentry, Ark.; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild."
