Bernice E Anglemyer, 78, of Monticello, FL, formerly of Elkhart, died in her residence in Florida Saturday, July 12, 1997, at 10:30 a.m. from a lengthy illness. She had lived there 20 years.
She was born December 14, 1918 in St Joseph County to Edward Mills and Ruth Elsie (Hively) Fry.
On December 29, 1935 she married Roy Anglemyer in St Joseph County who preceded her in death on Sept 23, 1982.
She is also preceded by 1 grandson, Timothy Stump on April 13, 1979; 2 brothers, Don and Robert Fry; and her sister Emma Pettit.
She is survived by two daughters, Mrs LaMar (Nancy) Stump of Cassopolis, MI and Miss Darlene Anglemyer of Monticello, FL; 1 son, David Anglemyer of Monticellos, FL; and 1 brother, Mark Fry of St Augustine, FL; 3 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Elkhart Valley Church of the Brethren.
Visitation will be Wednesday, July 16 from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret-Lienhart Funeral Home in Wakarusa. The funeral will be Thursday, July 17, at 2 pm at the Elkhart Valley Church of the Brethren Burial Will be at the Yellow Creek Cemetery in Elkhart County.
