LEWIS Sister Louise Odom Lewis was born April 29, 1921 in Whatley, AL. and passed Oct. 6, 2011. She was a lifelong resident of Mobile, AL and was married to the late Claytus Lewis. She leaves to cherish her memory a foster daughter, Casolene Powe; grandchildren, Tamara Powe, Opelika, AL, William (Terri) Powe; great-grandchildren, Zoland and Asher Powe, Spotsylvania, VA; nieces, Lenore Odom, Alexandria, VA and Ann Stradford, Mobile, AL; nephews Dozier Odom Jr. and Kevin Odom, Flint, MI; Gary Autrey, Mobile, AL; foster brother, Charles (Doris) Ely Mobile, AL; cousins and other relatives and friends. Her remains will lie in state Tues. Oct. 11, 2011 from 3 p.m.-8 p.m. at Hodge's Chapel. Visitation will be Wed. Oct. 12, 2011 from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral hour at Union Missionary Baptist Church, Rev. Patrick Munnerlyn officiating. Interment will follow in Catholic Cemetery.
