Heather Renee Smith 7 year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Bill Reynolds of North Independence. died Thursday November 13, 1980 at the Medical Center of Independence.
She was a life long area resident. She was a atudent at Blue Hills Elementary School and was a member of one of the soccer teams, She had been a student for the past two years at Independence Christian School. which was connected with Waldo Avenue Baptist Church.
She also is survived by her paternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Raymond Forbis, New Bloomfield her maternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Zelphia Morris, Bates City. and a host of friends.
Services were held Saturday November 15 1980 by Doctor William O. Poe at the Waldo Avenue Baptist Church, Independence. with burial at Floral Hills Cemetery.
