OBITUARY

Keith Donald Andrews was born April 10, 1928 to Floyd William and Sophia Emma Lavell Andrews. He died March 22, 1999 at the age of 70 as the result of a plane crash.

He was preceded in death by his father in 1946, his mother in 1962 and an infant son.

On Nov. 27, 1947, Keith and LaVina Binning were united in marriage. They raised their three children, Kathy, Becky and Kurt, on a farm south of McDonald, Kan. Keith and LaVina divorced in 1971.

Keith lived for several years in Hoxie and Osborne, Kan., and lived the last few years of his life in Atwood.

He leaves to mourn his daughters, Katheryn and husband, Richard Frisbie, of McDonald, Rebecca and husband, Ray Nelson, of Denver; son, Kurt and wife Lori Andrews of Beaverton, Ore.; five grandchildren, Rececca Frisbie of Mission, Kan., Ben Frisbie of Lawrence, Kan., Kim Nestor of San Jose, Calif., and Ryan and Jeffrey Andrews of Beaverton, Ore.; two sisters, Lorene Jacobson and husband Carroll, of Greeley, Colo., and Lois Starba and husband, Don, of Alva, Okla.; and many friends.

He was a member of the Masons, the Elks Lodge and various pilot's associations.

Keith was an avid pilot, his greatest joy was to be flying and this was evidenced by his many years as a pilot. His first entry in his first pilot's logbook was dated May 13, 1945 when he was 17 years old. His final entry was March 22, 1999.

A memorial service was officiated by Pastor Greg Moyer at the McDonald Federated Church in McDonald, Kan., Thursday, March 25.

A memorial fund has been established with the McDonald Ambulance Fund. Contributions may be sent to the Peoples State Bank in McDonald, KS. 67745, or the McDonald Ambulance Fund, McDonald, KS 67745.
