MISS MARGIE BOGGS
PETERSBURG -- Miss Margie Boggs, 84, died yesterday at Grant Memorial Hospital where she had been a patient since suffering a broken hip in a fall in April.
A native of Franklin, she was the daughter of the late William H. and Carrie (McCoy) Boggs. She was a member of Petersburg Presbyterian Church.
Surviving are a niece, Mrs. Herbert May, Silver Spring, and three nephews, Charles H. Boggs, Franklin; Dr. Carroll Boggs, Wheeling, and Dr. Hunter Boggs, Charleston.
The body is at the Schaeffer Funeral Home where friends will be received until noon tomorrow when it will be taken to the Presbyterian Church for a service at 2 p.m. (EST). Rev LaMar Neville will officiate and interment will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Grant Memorial Hospital.
