Austintown- Funeral services will be held at 11 am Monday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Pearl Blazek formerly of Lake Milton, who died Wednesday evening at the Humility House. Pearl was born December 28, 1910 in Avilton, MD. the daughter of Isaac W. and Minnie Robeson Crowe and came to this area in 1950.
Pearl was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post 737 in Lake Milton, she loved to quilt, crochet do jigsaw and word search puzzles.
She is survived by her daughter Trudee F. Davis of Austintown, son William D. Moomau of Berlin Center, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, three step grandchildren and two step great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husbands William D. Moomau, James Brooks and Charles Blazek. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Patricia A. Mick, brothers; Hillary Michael, Earl Crowe, Wilmer Crowe, sisters; Mae Biller, Ethylene Whetstone, Leda Krausz, Jessie Evans and Datha Evans.
Family and friends may call from 4-7 pm Sunday at the funeral home. The family requests that Memorial Contributions take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society.
