Surviving are a son, Christian of Sacramento; mother and stepfather, Callie and John Morrell of Fort Wayne; sisters, Christine Myatt and Beverly Fuqua, both of Fort Wayne; brothers, Luther Myatt Jr. and John Myatt, both of Fort Wayne; and a grandchild.
