Arthur A. "Tootie" Segura Jr., age 30, beloved son, brother and grandson was called home to be with the Lord our Savior, Tuesday, January 1, 2002.
Tootie was born on August 3, 1971 in Albuquerque.
Tootie is survived by his loving parents, Arthur and Esther Segura of Peña Blanca, NM, his sister, Immaculate Segura and Mike of Albuquerque, maternal grandmother, Vina Gallegos of Rio Rancho, paternal grandparents, Gill and Bennie Segura of Sile, NM. Also surviving are several aunts, uncles, other relatives and a host of friends.
Arthur will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those who knew and loved him.
Visitations will be Saturday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Alameda Mortuary, where a Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. Another Rosary will be recited Sunday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Santa Barbara Catholic Church in Sile, NM, where visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. until the time of Rosary. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 11:00 a.m. also Santa Barbara Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Sile Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Benny Lucero, Josey Segura, Alexander Katsuleas, Patrick Segura, Herman Perea, Mario Bustillos, Damacio Gallegos, Rodrigo Bustillos, Ruben Luna, George Bustillos, Mark García and Oscar Bustillos. Honorary bearers will be Arthur's cousins.
