Cooper, a farmer, age 41, born in Arkansas; and his mother, Henrietta, age 39, born in Tennessee. Also living in the household were Cicero's siblings: J.S.S. Cooper, a farmer, age 20, born in Arkansas; Martha A. Cooper, age 17, born in Arkansas; Aplalia F. Cooper, age 14, born in Arkansas; Seaford G. Cooper, age 7, born in Texas; Donough D. Cooper, age 4, born in Texas; William A. Cooper, age 2, born in Texas; and Elena Cooper, age 1 month, born in Texas.

Cicero died January 26, 1931 in Durant, Oklahoma (Bryan County) and was buried there in the Highland Cemetery. Zula died September 14, 1972 in Dallas, Texas (Dallas County) and was buried in Highland Cemetery beside her husband.
