Patricia K. Black, 59, of Huntington, WV., died Monday May 7, 2007 in the Hospice House of Huntington. Pat was born July 20, 1947 in Monroe, MI., a daughter of Ollie Osborne Carmack of Monroe & the late Pat Carmack. One brother Douglas Carmack preceded her in death.
She enjoyed community work with The Community Mission Outreach of Chesapeake, OH.
