CAROL NEVILL BAILEY of Memphis, formerly of West Memphis, died Wednesday at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Roller-Citizens Chapel with burial following in Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion. Mrs. Bailey, 45, a homemaker, was an amateur ham radio operator, a weather watcher for the National Weather Service and a Baptist. She leaves her husband, Henry Bailey Jr.; a son, Henry Bailey III of Memphis; her mother, Mary Lucille Nevill of Memphis and a brother, Gene Nevill Jr. of Memphis.
