Mr. Baer died 3:45pm, Thursday at his Ohio home of
heart attack. He was born in Clinton county November 3,1898, and married the former Edith Malicoat who died in 1939. Mr. Baer then married the former Frances Hinds who survives. A retired railroader,
Mr. Baer worked as a carman for the Nickel Plate railroad for 33 years in Delphos. Surviving besides the widow are a son,Paul, in the Navy in California; three daughters,Mrs. Charles McClung and Mrs. Richard Kohorst, both of Delphos, and Mrs. Warren May, Eastman,Georiga; a sister,Florence Haag,Lafayette; two step-daughters, Mrs. John Roth, Frankfort and Mrs. Joseph Sieren,Delphos;
