Dorthy L. Kief, 86, of McHenry, died Monday at Northern Illinois Medical Center, McHenry. Born in Browning, she was the daughter of Fred and Idessia (Camp) Saul. On Jan 8, 1938 she married Robert Kief. She was employed at the Forest Park Bank until her retirement. She graduated from Rushville High School in 1929 and attended business school. She was a member of the "Willing Workers," a senior citizen group that made lap robes for veterans' hospitals and handmade articles for various non-profit organizations. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Woodland Cemetery, McHenry.
