Son of John Nelson Stout and Minerva J. Kroesen Stout.

Grandson of John R. Stout and Racheal Servis Stout.

His nicknames included " Bink " and " Stouty " to those in the Lambertville, NJ area.

He married Edith Elizabeth Shepherd on February 21, 1923 in Elkton, Maryland. She was born the daughter of Harry Jacob Shepherd, Sr and Amanda Carver Howell Shepherd and was named for her Aunt "Edith" May Howell.

" Bink " was the Dad of Vivian Ida Stout, Emma "Virginia" Stout Pickett, Joyce Elizabeth Stout Buchanan, Dolores Stout, and Beverly Catherine Stout Voorhees.

They lived in multiple homes in Lambertville, New Jersey one being at 24 Elm Street which they rented. When the home next to them at 22 Elm Street came up for sale they purchased it and that was their final home.

He was a member of the Top Rock Club, St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, enjoyed Shad fishing on the Delaware and was an avid baseball player in his younger years.

His baseball playing team mates included his brother Edgar "Mitty" Stout and his brother-in-law Harry Jacob Shepherd, Jr.

" Bink " worked at the old Union Paper Mill in New Hope, Pa. until the time of his passing.

He was an awesome Grandfather and I miss him with all my heart !

" I was named for him " and I will always treasure that !
