Married Harriet Philips after the death of Betsy. Father of Peter, Margaret, Betsy, Jacob, Christina, John, Philip, Sarah, Linda, David, Francis, and Harriet Boody. Moved to Eaton County, Michigan in 1830s with entire family and the Moe family, and were among the first settlers to the county.
