Frank was preceded in death by his parents Lewellan Cross and his mother, Lillie S. Brown and several brothers Sherman, Joseph A. and William. Two sisters also died before he did: Lillian and Dorothy. His survivors included his wife, two sisters Inez Ruby Pontious and Goldie Virginia Robbins. In addition there were several grandchildren.
