Actress. Born Marguerite Gwynne Trice, she was a model for Catalina swimwear when she made her screen debut in "Unexpected Father" (1939). She was dubbed the first scream queen because of the numerous Universal Films horror movies she appeared to include "Black Friday" (1940), "The Green Hornet" (1940), "The Black Cat" (1941), "House of Frankenstein" (1944), "Weird Woman" (1944) and "Teenage Monster" (1958). Grandmother of actress Katherine Pine and actor Chris Pine.
