Lillian M. Van Voorhees, 86, passed away Sunday afternoon at Samaritan Hospital following a lingering illness. She was born March 15, 1883 in England and had resided in Bay City most of her life. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. George Kent of Bay City and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of Westminister Presbyterian Church. Funeral services will take place Wednesday at 2:00p.m. at the Gephart Funeral Home. Officiating will be the Rev. G. Russell Nachtrieb with burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Memorial cars will be available at the funeral home where friends may call after 7 p.m. Monday.
