George V. Lewis Jr., 38 of Clearfield, who died Saturday, Oct. 5, 2002, at his home.

Born July 10, 1964, in Clearfield, he was the son of George V and Vickie (Schaffer) Lewis.

Mr. Lewis was employed by several area trucking companies.

He was a member of the Clearfield Presbyterian Church; B.P.O. Elks Lodge No. 540; Clearfield Lodge No. 314 Free and Acepted Masons; Altoona Jaffa Shrine, Central Mountain Region Car Club.

In addition to his parents he was survived by his fiancee, Beulah (Penny) White of Clearfield, and a brother Nathaniel Joseph Lewis and his wife Joy of Lancaster.

Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by a brother, Dale Leslie Lewis ; his maternal grandparents, Carl and Alda Schaffer and his paternal grandparents, Ted and Ida Lewis

Georgie is buried in the Bradford Cemetery, Woodland, Clearfield Co. PA

known as "ShakeyJake" on the CB. George love the great outdoors, hunting was the greatest thrill. 4x4 mud slinging with the truck, and camping. George loved making homemade wines and just hanging out together.

Georgie's pride in joy was his 1955 Ford F-250 that he was restoring.
