Remaining behind to remember her love and joy of life are two daughters, Judy (Patrick) Noskey of Lansing and Wendy (James) Norman of Shelbyville, TN; six grandchildren, Jimmy, Clint, Corrina, Terry, Odell, and Charles; seven great grandchildren, Manuel, Hunter, Skye, Olivia, Hunter, Tara, Allen James (A.J.); a sister, Pat (Carroll) Brewer of Dorr; and a brother, John (Merry) Campbell of South Haven; along with several nieces and nephews.
This would not be complete without mentioning her best friend, June Bohle, and all the friends at Meadow Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation.
Janis was born June 19, 1933 in Peoria Heights, IL, but lived the majority of her life in Van Buren County, Michigan. She had that special touch for finding four-leaf clovers that eluded most people. Along with a long line of cats and dogs, she loved her flowers and the butterflies they attracted.
It was her wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 17, 11 AM, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Hartford. In lieu of flowers, memorials given to the Meadow Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center or a charity of your choice will be cherished by the family.
