Survived by his mother Frances Rudd Ferguson, Lenoir City; brother George Thomas (Norma Jean Hill) Ferguson, Rockton, Illinois; sisters Joann (Allen) Brown, Linda (Ernest) Ingram, and Betsy (Gary) Collins, all in Loudon County; and cousins Johnny Kelso, Lenoir City and Charlotte (Harry) Byrd, Sweetwater. His wife Ilse Ferguson and children Jo, Tommy, Mark and Lisa. Several nieces, nephews and cousins. David proudly served his country in Vietnam and stateside prior to his retirement from the United States Army.
