Leo graduated from Western State Teacher's College at Kalamazoo, MI. He taught school for several years. In 1947, he started the manufacturing of aluminum windows and doors. He sold this business to Philip's Industries of Dayton, Ohio, in 1962 and remained as assistant to the president until retiring in 1965 and relocating to Neosho, Mo. From 1965-1994 he was involved in real estate sales and development. He was also a breeder of Arabian horses and Murray Grey cattle. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Leo died Wednesday at 3:30 a.m. at Spring River Christian Village after a long illness.
