Shawnee Rites planned Today for Ida Clancy
Shawnee, July 18 - Services for Mrs. Ida Clancy, 73, a longtime Shawnee resident, will be Saturday at 9:30 am in the East Main Church of Christ. Graveside services will be in Willow Cemetery at 3:30 pm Saturday.
Mrs. Clancy was found dead in her home Wednesday, Doctors said she died sometime Monday night of a heart attack. She had lived in Shawnee for 25 years and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by a daughter, Miss Maude Bryan, 2832 NW 21; a son, Paul Bryan, Elk City; a foster son, Capt. D. H. Gardner, Long Beach, Calif.; three stepchildren, D. W. Clancy, Sayre; Elmer Clancy and Mrs. Bessie Lowe both of Pueblo, Colo,; two brothers, E. H. Pigg and O. M. Pigg, both of Vernon, Texas, and two sisters, Mrs. Ella Raulston, Magnum and Mrs. Emma Ross, Lubbock, Texas.
