Lueza 'Jane' Adams, 79, of Manchester, was ushered into heaven by the Lord's angels on Wednesday, April 27, 2011 from her home, surrounded by her family. She was the wife of the late Donald 'Marge' Adams, with whom she shared 56 years of marriage.

Born in York County on July 24, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Helen (Young) and Russell Heater.

Jane graduated from Wrightsville High School. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother - her greatest legacy was her love for her family. Jane was known to put others first and was fondly called 'Nanny' by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed good food, especially 'gooey' items. She will be deeply missed by those whose lives she touched.

Jane leaves, to cherish her memory, three daughters, Andrea Witmar and husband Donald of Manchester, Donna Adams and husband Chris Reigle of Florida, Wendy Adams of Manchester; a great-grandson (lovingly raised as their own son), Adam Kohler of Manchester; two grandchildren, Dawn 'Dee' Becker of Mt. Wolf, Cori Bomgardner of Grantville; and great-grandchildren, Aaron Baker, Madison Becker and Andrew Baker.

Burial will immediately follow in Fairview Cemetery in Wrightsville.
