Mrs Jane Armstrong Harper, 85, widow of late Willliam D. Harper, died at the family home near Fairground Road, Caldwell, at 11 am, Monday. Mrs. Harper had been ill since the tragic death of her son, Edward Harper, who was fatally injured in an automobile accident last October 15.
The following children survive: Mrs Clara Scott of Zanesville, Herman T. Harper, Mrs Elsie Loveland, Mrs Martin Gurgholder, all of the home; Martin Harper, Caldwell R.F.D., Miss Wilma Harper of Dexter City R.F.D., and oone sister, Mrs. Rhoda Morrison, of Belona, Va. Twenty-one grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
