Many thanks to Find A Grave contributor Paula Harper (47628529) for the additional gravestone photo and this note providing historical context: "This grave was originally in the Kitzmiller Cemetery along Elk River a few miles above Sutton. All 121 graves in the cemetery (No 2) were relocated by the US Army Corps of Engineers in 1959/60 mainly to the brand new Braxton Memorial Cemetery prior to the completion of the Sutton Dam. The original site was submerged in the backwaters of the dam."
Many thanks to Alex Brady (50144495) for the plot location.
