Vernon Holt, 76, 1908 Churchman, Beech Grove, died yesterday in St. Francis Hospital. He was a retired 37-year employee of the freight department of the New York Central Beech Grove Shops. Services will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in Little & Sons Funeral Home, Beech Grove.

Survivors - wife Ida; daughters Mrs. Dorothy Herron, Mrs. Virginia Nichols, Mrs. Norma Braumcamp; sons Harold, Charles; sisters Mrs. Lona Carnes, Mrs. Edith Brooks, Mrs. Minnie Butler; brother Marcus Holt.
