Daughter of John Samuel and Mary Elizabeth Vosburgh. She moved to Chillicothe as a small child and was educated here. On December 9, 1885 she married Eugene Daniel Peet in Chillicothe. He died in 1949. They had four children, Homer S., Mrs Oren Dougherty, and Mrs Fred Clinefelter, and Evan, who died as an infant.
