BOB" Mr. Robert "Bob" Foerster, Age, 85 of Dacula, Ga. passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret "Marge" Foerster and brothers, Earl Foerster and Roy Foerster.
Mr. Forester was born on July 20th, 1925 in St. Louis, MO. He was a World War II Veteran of the US Army Infantry. He served in the European Theater where he received two Bronze Stars and a Purple Heart. He was a 1943 graduate of McBridge High school in St. Louis MO., and a 1949 graduate of St. Louis University where he received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Mr. Foerster retired from the US Government as an Auditor. He was a member of the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, and The Golden Gators Senior. Club. He was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Disabled American Veterans. Mr. Foerster was a former member of the Board of Directors of Birth Right. Memorial Mass will be held on Friday, December 17th at 11 AM at Prince of Peace Catholic Church with Father Eric Hill serving as Celebrate. Interment will follow at Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, Ga.
