Brian Keith Curneal, 42, of Lexington, KY formerly of Madisonville, KY passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2011, at UK Chandler Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born July 30, 1968, in Madisonville to Randy and Pat Tidwell Curneal of Madisonville.
Mr. Curneal was a business owner in Lexington. He was a member of Lamda-Chi-Alpha Fraternity while attending college at UK.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Kristy Curneal of Lexington; son, Hayden Cole Curneal of Sadieville, KY and friend and companion, Annalisa Lamb.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M., Sunday, March 13, 2011, at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Lutz officiating. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Madisonville.
Visitation will be 10:00 A.M. until the service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Eric Evan, Mark Messamore, Hayden Noffsinger, Martin Norvel, Tripp Hill and Kevin Chabot.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Wells, Shane O'Bryan, Jason Kincher, Eric Polley, Andy Piper and Tom Chatel.
