Jose Manuel Gonzalez, 21, was born in Toppenish on Nov. 21, 1989 to Evelia Gonzalez Verduzco and Jose C. Gonzalez. Jose was raised and attended school in Yakima. He was a fun, loving, outgoing person. He enjoyed spending time with his family. He was also a hard worker, enjoyed karate, bowling, fishing, racing, working on his car, watching movies, listening to music, and playing video games. But what he enjoyed the most was spending time with his son. He was a great father, brother and son.

He is survived by his mother Evelia Gonzalez Verduzco, dad Jose C. Gonzalez, sisters Alma E. Gonzalez, Sindy Aguilar, Melissa Gonzalez; his son Jose A. Gonzalez and his mother Mariela Rangel, brothers-in-law Reyes Aguilar and Chris Delong; nephew Chris Delong Jr., niece Cinthia Aguilar, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents.

Jose was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Vigil service will be held at Langevin-Mussetter Funeral Home from 1-5 p.m. on March 12 and March 13. Funeral service will be held at noon Monday at Iglesia Cristiana Amigos del Altisimo in Yakima. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
