MIDWAY--Audre Clark Barrett, 74, died Nov. 29, 1996 in Heber City, Utah after a long illness.

Born February 20, 1922 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Fred A. Clark and Ruby Gamette Clark. Married Rex D. Barrett, March 23, 1943. Educated in Salt Lake City and attended the University of Utah. Active member of the LDS Church, serving in the Relief Society, Young Womens Organization and a Primary teacher for 32 years. In recent years served as an ordinance worker in the Provo Temple. For over 30 years served in arranging flowers at funerals in Midway.

Survived by her husband, Midway; son, M. Scott Barrett, Hays, Kansas; a daughter, Candice Nowers, Midway; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by children: Penelope Tolman and Clark Barrett.

Funeral services will be Monday Dec. 2, 1996 at 11 a.m. in the Midway Stake Center, 165 No. Center. Friends may call Sunday 6-8 p.m. at Olpin Mortuary and Monday one hour prior at the church. Burial will be in the Midway Cemetery.
