David proudly served his country and retired from the U.S. Navy, and graduated from Purdue University. David is survived by his sisters Sharon (Farrar) Smith and husband Willie, Pamela Farrar, Marion (Farrar) Woods and husband Willie, and sister-in-law Catherine Farrar; several nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
