Funeral services for Mrs. Susan Pentecost, age 68, of Kelly were held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at the Riser & Son Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lavelle Crain and Rev. David Williams officiating. Interment followed in the Adams Cemetery near Kelly.
Mrs. Pentecost died Tuesday at her residence after a brief illness.
Survivors include, one son, Mr. Harold Pentecost, Kelly; one sister, Mrs. Nina Hargrove, Kelly; four grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were: T. W. Barnhill, Glenn Barnhill, Wayne Hargrove, Oliver James, Huey Gough, and Butch Vellion.
