When I wrote to Glen and asked about Alfred's wife Lula, I received this reply, "I haven't researched Lula much over the years. I think that my mom found most of what we have. We show her as Lula E. Clayton. In my notes I also show him marrying a second time to M.J. Stroud on 16 Sep 1893. One might assume from that that Lula died sometime before that."
