Judy Ellen (Hancock) Bray

Judy Ellen (Hancock) Bray, 42, died Thursday, Feb. 10, 2011, in Franklin. She was a resident of Franklin.

She was born July 13, 1968, in Indianapolis, to Ray and Carolyn S. (Wilkerson) Hancock.

Judy was married to James R. Bray and was a homemaker. She enjoyed collecting unicorns and angel figurines.

Survivors include her husband, James Bray of Franklin; two children, Nathaniel Bray and Ashley (Shane Lovins) Bray, both of Franklin; her father, Ray Hancock of Greenfield; two sisters, Linda Gallup of Kentucky and Gloria Long of Nineveh; three brothers, Mark Hancock of Greenfield, Dennis Hancock of Brown County and Kip Hancock of Bedford; and a granddaughter, Katrina Tewell.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Carolyn Hancock.

A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at Jessen Funeral Home, Franklin Chapel, 197 E. Jefferson St. Friends and family may call from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.
