He was preceded in death by his parents, DeLoss McKnight and Thelma L. LaRue Graddy.
Mr. McKnight was born at Wynne on June 15, 1931.
He was a 1949 graduate of Wynne High School. Deloss also graduated from the Arkansas State Teachers College and the University of Arkansas.
Mr. McKnight was a lawyer, farmer and miller. He served his country during the Korean War.
Survivors are his son, DeLoss McKnight III of Lee's Summit, Mo.; daughters, Annita Hall of Fordyce and Frankie M. Sullivan of Wynne; brother, Michael Graddy of South Carolina; sisters, Rita M. Hudson of Birmingham, Ala., and Linda G. Caldwell of Little Rock; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Burial was in Cogbill Cemetery.
