Rosa Pearl Craighead:
Mrs. Pearl Craighead, 80, of Rt.1, Fulton, Missouri died Thursday afternoon, April 9, at the Columbia Regional Hospital in Columbia, Missouri, where she had been since January 30.
Pearl was born March 4, 1901, the daughter of William T. and Lucy Ann (Bradley) Backer of Fulton. She was married March 21, 1920 to Clark Craighead and he survives her.
Other survivors include two sons, Paris Craighead of Fulton, Missouri and Bill Craighead of Edgar Springs, Missouri; one sister, Gertrude Smith of Fulton, Missouri; four grandsons, Wallace and Kent, both of Edgar Springs, Missouri, Johnnie and Ronnie Craighead, both of Fulton, Missouri; two granddaughters, Rita Craighead of Edgar Springs, Missouri and Mrs. Linda McDaniel of Jefferson City, Missouri; four great-grandchildren.
A son, Wallace Craighead and three sisters preceded her in death.
Funeral services for Mrs. Craighead will be at 2:30pm, Saturday, April 11, at the Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton with burial following in Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery. The Reverend Delano Lewis will conduct the service.
Visitation was scheduled after 4:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
